Intro to Sergers
$88-$125 | 3hrs | Ages 16+
Required: Intro to Sewing II OR equivalent skill level
Learn all about the serger! You’ll get to know how a serger works and when to use it, practice techniques on woven and knit fabric, learn how to thread the machine, and make your first project! Students will make a drawstring bag during class using only the serger.
Students are welcome to bring their own serger from home, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to help thread the machine or troubleshoot any problems. Be sure to also bring the manual when bringing a machine in to the studio

If you want to bring your own fabric: please bring two fat quarters or 1/2y stable woven fabric such as quilting cotton or linen.
