Sincere Studio's refund, reschedule, and cancellation policy is as follows:

more than two weeks before scheduled class: 100% refund or one time reschedule

less than two weeks but more than 48 hours: one time reschedule

less than 48 hours: no refund or reschedule

for multi-week courses longer than two weeks: 

more than two weeks before class start: 100% refund or reschedule

less than two weeks but more than one week before class start: one time reschedule

less than one week before class start: no refund or reschedule
