Sincere Studio's refund, reschedule, and cancellation policy is as follows. In order to stay open, we cannot make exceptions to our policy even in the case of illness or emergencies.

For 1-2 session classes:

24hrs or less after booking: full refund

10 days or more before the start of the class: One time reschedule or equivalent class credit

Less than 10 days before the start of the class: No class credit, reschedule, or refund

for multi-week courses longer than two weeks: 

24hrs or less after booking: full refund

14 days or more before the start of the class: One time reschedule or equivalent class credit

13 days or less before the start of the class: No class credit, reschedule, or refund

For Community classes:

24hrs or more before class start: full refund
