How do packages work?

When you're ready to buy a package, you'll be directed to our new booking platform Breely where you'll make an account. Your package will be connected to that account. Credits will automatically apply to classes included in the package at checkout.

Are packages refundable?

Accepted Answer

No, all packages are final sale. Class bookings are subject to our Cancellation and Rescheduling policy. Credits can be transferred to another person. To transfer credits, please reach out to us at hello@sincerestudiopdx.org.

Do I need a special redemption code to book a class using my package?

Accepted Answer

Nope! If the class was included in your package, it'll automatically apply a credit at checkout.

Can I use my credits for classes not in the original package I bought?

Accepted Answer

No, credits can only be used for the class choices listed in your package.
